Notification test panel
The Notifications tab in Settings now has a 'Send test' button that fires an in-app, email, and SMS test in parallel and reports per-channel status. Useful for verifying your alerts setup is working end to end.

Project soft-delete + archive view
Projects now soft-delete to /projects/archive instead of disappearing forever. Hard-delete requires typing the project name (typo guard).
