Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days of the full Crew plan, free, no card required. When it ends, pick a plan or just stop. You're never charged without choosing one.
What counts as an active job?
Any project your team touched in the last 30 days: a task update, a daily log, a photo, a voice note. Finished and archived projects don't count toward your limit.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrades start right away and you only pay the difference. Downgrades start at your next bill. No contracts on monthly billing.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Pay for the year and you get about three months free (~25% off). The headline price is what that works out to per month; you're billed once for the year.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, then the account goes read-only. Nothing is deleted. We hold your data for 90 days so you can reactivate right where you left off. After that it's deleted for good. You can export your data (CSV) anytime. Full policy: buildficient.com/legal/cancellation.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Nothing commits without your review. Every AI change is previewed before it saves, there's one-tap undo after, and every action lands in the audit log with who/what/when. You're always in control.
